| Super-large lead resulting from new end cap system. Ground large lead ball
screws of accuracy C5F (double to triple precision) are available as
standardized and stocked items. As both shaft ends are unworked, additional
machining is required to meet operating conditions. |

| High feed rate at low r.p.m. |
For example, in order to obtain feed rate of 1000mm/s when the screw shaft
diameter is 20mm and the lead is 20mm, the number of revolutions of 3000
min-1 is required. On the other hand, when the lead is
60mm, the same feed rate can be attained at 1000min-1,
thereby reducing vibration, noise and heat generation.
Moreover, rotating a
ball with a lead of 60mm at 3000min-1 makes ultra high
speed feed of 3000mm/s possible. |

| Use of new end cap method |
Use of the new end cap method has realized an extra-large lead.
An internal
circulating two/three starts thread ensures stable load balance, realizing
smooth operation. |

| Short delivery time |
| This series of ball screws with unfinished shaft ends are standardized and
stocked for short delivery time. |
