A motor is now being transformed into "Rotary power equipped with a control
function." The performance of the motor is influenced by dies which are
called "Mother tools for transfer machining." In1976, KURODA sold a motor
core production system known as the "FASTEC"SYSTEM which was designed and
manufactured with KURODA's outstanding precision machining technology. This
system made it possible to handle all normal working processes like
"punching,""stacking,""measuring" and "assembling" in the press process,
resulting in greater quality and improvement in productivity. Keeping pace with
the precise demands of the times required by accuracy, multiple functions and
applicability to new materials to pursue "higher quality and mass production,"
dies are constantly being improved. KURODA is recognized as the leader in the
new age of dies. |
