The Nanometro, an ultra-precision surface shape measurement system, is
developed with high skill works for making gauge blocks, the latest technology
for linear motor, air bearings and state-of the art software.
It can make the measurement more precisely, clearly with it's many analysis
function.
The Nanometro series has been developed for silicon wafers, glass plate
for FPD and ceramics plate, and will keep on going for the future with
ultra precision measurement.
